Even though they were about to close up for the day, the customer service rep took my call and offered to send a tech on an emergency trip to my house. Since we have some portable heaters, we told them that we would be fine for the evening and that someone could come tomorrow. How about the technician was knocking on our door at 7:30am on Saturday! He fixed the issues with our furnace and we had heat in a matter of hours. We were not comfortable with any of the quotes from the other companies because it seemed as if everything was overpriced and we got the feeling that they were marking up each item.
