Their technician Gil is an incredible representative for the company — he’s extremely knowledgeable, kind and professional. I signed up for their GCC program last year and am confident the preventative maintenance is going to extend the life of our system and keep us comfortable year round. In summary, the services they provide and the quality of their work is unmatched. The entire team — from the office to the field — is focused on customer service. I just received my electric bill for November and I can't believe my eyes It is HALF what it was last year at this time! Mr. Galbreath replaced my 20 year old electric unit with a brand new Lennox heat pump in June. They also added a second return at the far end of my house. The crew were top notch professionals and did an excellent installation. During the summer my bills were around 200 KWh less each month which was about 1/4 of the cost so I knew the A/C was a lot more efficient. But to see my bill cut in half was amazing! The money I saved this month made the payment for me, so this unit is paying for itself! If you have an old unit and high electric bills, I urge you to call Mr. Galbreath, if you get results like I am getting it won't even cost you anything!

Steven Galbreath and the team of employees who installed my new unit were professional, courteous and friendly. Steven put my mind at ease right away. He asked a few questions, then measured the entire house. I received a proposal the next day with three different options to choose from. During our follow up discussion he fully explained the differences in the systems along with financing options. I chose the Signature series with the iComfort Thermostat. The field service team arrived on time on the day of installation and got right to work. I was very impressed with their professionalism, and hard work ethic. I am so pleased with my new system!
